Our aim is to provide the purfect solution for those buying and selling homes in and around the Aylesbury Vale.
Allan Vogel and Derek Hall, who both have years of experience in the property market, at home and abroad, have opened an office in Aylesbury town centre named, what else, but Purfect Properties Ltd. The office is situated at 13A Temple Street, in one of the oldest buildings in the heart of the town in area which, with St Marys Parish Church and the Bucks County Museum located close by, is steeped in local history.
“Our own experience has taught us that an independent estate agent is the best and can offer a comprehensive and friendly service which is not always the case with corporate agencies. Clients don’t just become a number in the numbers game.” Both agreed that something which will mark them out from others will be the use of the very latest technology. “There is so much that can be done within the property market to ensure that clients receive the best possible service, whether buying or selling, and we aim to keep Purfect Properties way ahead in this field.”
That is why they have put together a team with a background of working within the industry, have local knowledge as well as experience of conveyancing and financial services. Offering a seven-day-a-week service they will be making full use of new technology which will include virtual tours of properties which offer the potential buyer the chance to visit any home on screen and quite literally, have a good look around without physically entering through the front door. And unlike other agencies they will be offering this service on ALL properties and completely FREE of charge. “People do not always have the time to tour around individual properties for viewings so virtual tours are the answer.” But if a potential buyer does decide to visit a property then they will be only too pleased to make the arrangements and to provide an accompanied viewing if requested.
Offering conveyancing services and open seven days a week they will work on a ‘no move, no fee’ basis. There will be facilities for clients to visit the conveyancer on line and keep track of the sale/purchase with no need to visit solicitors at any time.
“Our aim is to give our clients the best possible service,” said Derek.
But why the choice of name?
In their search to find something that would make them easily recognisable and different from other agencies they chose the cat to be their mascot, the feline being looked upon by many as a particularly homely animal. And there is more. The partners have agreed that a percentage of their fee for each property transaction will be donated to the Cat Protection League.
As the Aylesbury area continues to grow with ever increasing housing provision both Allan and Derek are confident the time is right for a fresh approach, one which Purfect Properties is now on-hand to provide.
