    A seriously hot spot right now is LS26 - it's a fairly large postcode with everything for first time buyers to families. The area has become more popular with commuters due to rail links and the upgrading of the A1. House prices have shot up in the past 18 months

    LS9 is very popular with investors and first time buyers due to the price level and proximity to Leeds centre.

    Chapel Allerton and Meanwood are very popular locations currently. Great for young professionals and young families. Lots going on in both areas, shops, cafes, bars and prices continue to grow.

    Middleton is a very high turnover area. There's one huge development called New Forest that sees a lot of activity! Great for motorway links to Leeds and Wakefield and a very affordable place to buy.

    Pudsey is another hot area with its village feel and good prices. A lot of new build development in the area bringing more buyers to the area.
