Things are looking up for Wolverhampton and its 252,000 population. Thanks to its affordable property prices, the city was ranked 6th in the top 10 cities from families in England and Wales.
The business sector of the city is coming alive thanks to the i54 enterprise zone whilst a new youth zone in the heart of the city is raising excitement levels that the future looks bright.
City Centre - It was announced in May 2015 that a £250 Million investment would be ploughed into Wolverhampton University. Part of this investment will also be spent on a new construction college. The university already has partnerships in China, Malaysia, Nigeria and Cyprus providing foreign students an English education. The rise in student numbers should be music to the ears of potential BTL investors.
