    ARLA Registerd

    We are members of the Association of Residential Letting

    Agents (ARLA) - the leading professional body for the letting

    industry in the UK. Conditions of membership are strict

    and are intended to offer security to both landlord and

    tenant alike.

     

     

    *The Agency must demonstrate that their technical

    knowledge of the Lettings industry is of a

    sufficiently high standard and that they have

    adequate financial controls when dealing with

    clients' money. This is achieved through a detailed

    application process that includes formal interviews.

     

     

    *The Agency must operate a separate client account.

     

     

    *All member Agents must carry Professional

     

     

    *Indemnity Insurance to the required standard.

    Commissions for letting property may only be

    obtained from landlords.

    *The business must operate out of properly

    designated business premises.

    Our membership affords you, our client, the protection of the

    ARLA Bonding Scheme. This scheme was devised to provide

    complete protection against the misappropriation of any

    money, that may belong to the landlord or tenant, which is

    held by an ARLA member. The landlord or tenant needs only

    to show that money rightfully belonging to them has been

    misappropriated.

    Investment Advice

     

    Whether you are buying an investment through Pymm and

    Co or another agent we are happy to give advice and rental

    valuations in order to help you with your purchase. We

    understand that sometimes you just want to ask for a quick

    bit of advice but may not feel that you should, if the property

    is not purchased through us. The more information we have

    about your property, the more knowledgeable we will be if we

    are then invited to market the property for you.

    • Organising of maintenance required and gas safety certificates (Annual Cost)
    • Preperation of tenancy agreement.
    • Collection of damage deposit & rents.
    • Monthly statements including any repair invoices.
    • Regular rent inspections.
    • Annual reviews.
    • Managed deposits in a government approved Deposit Protection Scheme.
    • Final inspection upon tenants vacating the property.

    Barry joined us in the Autumn of 2014 and has vast experience within the industry and brings with him a wealth of experience from all aspects of the business.     I have been working within the property industry for 20 years, I started my experience in commercial property within a serviced business centre and then changed my career slightly working in residential lettings. I have covered all aspects in lettings from negotiating to property management , managing a small portfolio for a multi landlord and on occasions I have carried out valuations.

    Lisa Nokes Lettings Negotiator

    My previous employment has been in customer focused roles for the past 14 years and more recently as a property manager in Chelsea. Throughout my career I have worked with a high determination to be the best and with the willingness to learn and grasp new concepts. I have a real passion for property and ensuring that every tenant(s) move in is as smooth as possible. Originally from London, I moved to Norwich in the summer of 2014 to be closer to family. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family and am trained in beauty therapy.

    Sue Clark Property Manager

    I have been working in the property Management Industry for over 14 years, I started out as a PA/Secretary/Administrator then moved into the role of Trainee Property Manager many years ago and became a Senior Property Manager and then an Office Manager and I am qualified to Level 3 with my Nfopp exams. I have built my extensive experience over time and have had many happy tenants and landlords in my various roles who have been happy to provide accolades for me which confirm my ability to help with any areas of Property Management regardless of the issue, I am ARLA trained and I am a Member of ARLA to help keep me updated with the changes in legislation when they arise. I enjoy playing Badminton and shopping in my spare time

    I joined the lettings department November 2014 as the newest member to the team as a trainee lettings negotiator. I had a career change from the health care sector as a senior carer for 3 years. I have a keen interest in properties and am currently enjoying learning the required skills to become a lettings negotiator, with support of the team. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a keen shopper and enjoy indulging in good food.
