Savio in particular has a very positive attitude, is professional but at the same time friendly towards the customer. He is willing to discuss a series of issues with clients, and is available when needed. I had issues with the hot water in my apartment twice, and Savio responded promptly to both occasions. On a couple of occasions (only once or twice) he seemed to be very busy with work and might have missed an e-mail or two, but other than that he is both a great professional and individual, who I am sure will continue to be successful in this field given his qualities.
