With very many years working in the Estate Agency business with two major agents, Yvonne has a wide knowledge of the residential property market in the local area.

Working on behalf of vendors and purchasers, particularly in West Hull and Beverley (latterly for 9 years working for Quick & Clarke in the Brough area) she is widely experienced in all aspects of the business, from arranging viewings, receiving offers, negotiating sales and dealing with solicitors.

She has extensive marketing experience and enjoys establishing strong relations with both vendors and purchasers whilst using her good interpersonal skills and pleasing personality to reach satisfactory conclusions for all parties.

With an almost 'geekish' interest in Property, Richard has a broad and varied experience gained from holding Senior Sales roles across a number of industries from Motor Trade to Construction.  His enthusiasm mixed with a fresh and progessive approach to Estate Agency compliments his analytical skills as a Chartered Accountant and provides our Vendors with a different experience.  One which has allowed the Brough Office to have the lowest time on Rightmove in the area we cover ie. the Fastest Selling Agent.
