    Our prominently located office and excellent window display ensures all of our properties are listed and displayed to maximise their potential.

    Our office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5:30pm. Saturdays we open 9.00am - 12:30pm.

    Sam - Willerby Sales Negotiator
    Sam joined the Quick and Clarke team in 2011.  Coming in to the industry we enrolled Sam on to an Apprenticeship in customer service.  Joining our Cottingham team at first she gained experience in dealing with marketing, sale chasing and general estate agency.
    Sam came to Willerby in 2012 having gained experience and wanting to work in a larger office with more properties to look after.  Sam qualified in her Apprenticeship achieving Business Level Admin 3 and customer services.
    "I really enjoy looking after properties, dealing with clients and progressing sales through to completion,  it is so rewarding when you can hand the keys to the new owners and they thank you for all your hard work - that gives me a buzz!  I really enjoy viewing the houses we have for sale and being able to confidently speak to prospective buyers.
    In Sam's private time i enjoy socialising and shopping!  She loves clothes and fashion trends!  Sam also like spending time doing motorcross.  Sam brings glamour to our office and is always there to great new and old clients!

    Jayne - Willerby Sales Negotiator
    Jayne is local girl having being brought up and still living in Willerby, now with her partner and their new dog!
    Jayne joined Quick and Clarke in 2012 having started her career in Estate Agency back in 2010.  Bringing with her an excellent customer service standard, a drive to sell and wanting to gain as much experience as she can in the market place.
    "I enjoy dealing with clients, in fact I enjoy speaking to everyone!  i like to take time with people and make them feel number one.  I am very rarely phased!  My favourite part of my job is negotiating on sales and achieving the best price for my client - I also love going to see the houses as feel with knowing them I can really sell them!"
    In her private time Jayne loves spending time with her family and their new dog!  Having moved in to her first home she also likes to plan decorating and creating a fab interior!
    Jayne brings glamour and a buzzing personality to the office - there to great all clients - always having time to help.

    Dawn Towse MNAEA Regional Valuer/Area Manager
    Dawn joined Quick and Clarke Estate Agents in 2006 taking over the valuing in the West Hull area based at the Willerby office but also valuing in the Brough area, Cottingham and Beverley.
    With 23 years of experience in the Industry and having valued properties in the area for the last 19 years.

    Dawn has worked in North and East Yorkshire for local companies from commencement in the Industry and now being Area Manager and Valuer for Quick and Clarke joining the Quick and Clarke team in 2006. 
    With a wealth of experience in Residential Sales, New Build and Developments, Lettings and Auctions and having experience of the local area, properties and the market.

    Trained and Qualified to the Technical Award with National Federation of Property Professional and a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    In Dawn's private time she loves spending time with her family and especially loves walking and travelling.

    John Kingston - Regional Valuer
    John lives in the village with his wife and son and their puppy!  Having been brought up in the area John enjoys valuing in the West Hull, Beverley and surrounding areas. 
    John has vast experience in sales, lettings, auctions and new homes. He has been in the industry and worked in this area for the last 26 years and thoroughly enjoys his job! Joining the Quick and Clarke Team in 2010. 

    "I am lucky to be doing something I really enjoy - the entire process of putting a property for sale to handing the keys over gives me immense pride that a job has been well done!" 

     In John's spare time he plays five a side football (badly) and enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors!
