    David Kinsley- Lettings Resident Partner.

    David commenced his career with a firm of Chartered Surveying based Estate Agents in Brentwood in 1985, before his first experience of life in Billericay in 1989. He has worked throughout the district, as well as in London and Oxford. However, the lure of being near his large family and his close ties to this area, brought him back in July 2002 to head up Quirks Lettings and Management.

    David prides himself on having been a Letting Agent for over 23 years, which he feels gives him a unique prospective on the future of renting, combined with extensive knowledge of the legal complexities of the lettings industry.
