Since appointing Reades to sell my property I have found the whole process stress free, professional with information free flowing.

The estate agent market is littered with poor customer service, rude sales driven staff but Reades are the exception.

Reades benefit from the right balance between physical conversations and use of modern technology i.e. use of text messaging/emails. All members of staff are professional, helpful and informative starting with Jonathan down to all the sales negotiators.

I would classify myself as a high maintenance customer but nothing is too much trouble. Throughout the sale they kept me informed often gaining information my solicitor didn't have yet.

I viewed three house with the intention to buy, viewings were flexible to suit my diary. The staff showing me around had detailed knowledge of the property who made you feel relaxed when making a major decision.

There was no pressure just a sensible honest two way conversation on my thoughts. Reades phone you back when they say they will, do what they say they will.

After viewing many houses in the area and finding it hard to fit in viewings with agents around my hectic unsociable work hours, and my partner's equally erratic schedule - we came to view a house with Reades Residential.

From the first phone call, they were more concerned with finding a time that was suitable for me, rather than a time suitable for them, getting me a slot after 6pm.

Upon arriving to view the house, we were met by Clark who had the right balance of professionalism, knowledge about the property and also the interaction skills to make the viewing comfortable and welcoming.

During the Autumn of 2013 I had been searching for a three bedroomed house in Hawarden. I had several viewings of properties that I had found on the internet with various estate agents. Not all of the agents made even a follow up call for feedback following viewings and others very quickly ended the phone call when informed the property was not suitable.
