Very helpful and professional service from everyone at Redbrik involved in the sale of our house.
From the start their attitude to customer satisfaction and willingness to help was second to none. My initial contact with Redbrik was done via their website to request a call back. The following day I received a phone call to arrange a home visit to provide a valuation. When mark arrived he demonstrated a professional approach to the situation at the same time as being friendly and approachable with any questions we had. His knowledge of the housing market was, without a doubt very informative and the valuation of our property was pitched at the correct level to be competitive against others that were available in the local area.
The whole process was explained in great detail and he went away leaving us to think it through. We felt no pressure to make a decision to go ahead there and then. After deciding to carry on with the sale things moved quickly, the photographer arrived a day later and we were given the photos and description details for approval before they were used as part of the advertisement for the sale.
The after sale service was excellent too. They were in constant contact with us, keeping us informed of the progress from start to finish.A first class service from a company that we would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their house. The whole process went smooth to which we owe that to the team at Redbrik.
