    Julie Bulheller, Director
    With almost 20 years of estate agency experience under her belt and extensive knowledge of the local market, Julie co-founded Redbrik in 2013. She is a top class negotiator with a talent for handing even the most complex sales with her signature down to earth style. She's always super organised with a gift for recruiting and developing new talent. 

    Interests: Outside of work she's partial to a glass of red wine, often (but not always!) accompanied by some Italian food. She loves to travel, ideally to somewhere hot and relaxing.

    Mark Ross, Director
    Having been valuing properties in the local area for 8 years before co-founding Redbrik, there's not much Mark doesn't know about selling houses. With a degree in Public Relations, Mark is responsible for Redbrik's unique marketing style. His straight talking approach typifies the company ethos, whilst his professional, friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of the area generates great feedback from buyers and sellers alike. 

    Interests: A keen sportsman, Mark plays pretty much any sport going. He's always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money, having run the London Marathon and thrown himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity.

    Michael Parry, Director
    After completing a degree in music, Michael somehow wound up in estate agency and found his niche working for some of the largest agencies in both Sheffield and London. He has 8 years of experience in all aspects of the industry and takes a hands on approach to every property sale. Michael primarily works out of our new Sheffield office and uses his extensive knowledge of the local market to value properties in Sheffield. 

    Interests : Michael has a keen interest in football and rugby and continues to play the piano whenever he gets the opportunity.

    Peter Lee, Director
    With almost 20 years experience in the property industry before joining Redbrik in 2015, Peter knows a thing or two about buying, selling and renting properties. Post graduation with a degree in accountancy, Peter realised that wasn't his chosen path and turned to his Saturday job at Blundells to forge a career. He worked his way up to partner and then became a respected Area Director for Countrywide. He's energetic, outgoing, approachable and above all very friendly with a strong commitment to customer service.

    Interests: Peter has played many sports from an early age including football, squash, tennis and golf and can't resist a challenge if you offer him one, but remember he likes to win! He also loves good food and wine, holidays abroad, preferably somewhere warm, though he would like to be a better skier if he had the time!

    Rebecca Haslam, Applicants Manager
    Rebecca has over 12 years of estate agency experience and joined REDBRIK to continue a working relationship with Julie and Mark that stretches back almost a decade. In her role as Applicants Manager, Rebecca acts as the Cilla Black of the property world by looking to match people to their perfect property. Full of energy, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market and loves nothing more than matching a property to a client before it even comes on to the market. 

    Interests: Outside of work she is kept busy by her two young sons. She is also a perfect partner in crime for Julie in their twin habits of shopping and drinking wine.

    Andy Greatorex, Photographer
    One of our first employees, Andy is our super-creative photographer responsible for making our properties really look their best. With over 14 years experience of working in photography, Andy also has a background within design and marketing which allows him to bring his wealth of expertise when both designing the floor plans and getting the right shots of your property. 

    Interests : When Andy's not 'trying to keep fit' he's often found counter balancing the effect by socialising or pursuing one of his other interests film, art (painting bad examples) going to see live music and star gazing.

    Loraine Kitchen, Negotiator
    Loraine has worked in estate agency for almost 20 years and says she still gets a buzz from agreeing a sale. Her friendly, yet no-nonsense style makes her the perfect person to work with solicitors and surveyors to ensure each Redbrik sale goes smoothly. 

    Interests: Loves her dogs, shopping and the odd drop of wine!!

    Jacqueline Brentrall, Sales Promoter
    Jacqueline is our super bubbly sales promoter who joined Redbrik to continue her 8 year career in estate agency and to reunite with her 'other shoe', our Applicants Manager Becky. Prior to working in property, Jaqui worked in banking. 

    Interests: Jacqui is kept busy by her two daughters and partner and enjoys holidays with the family, eating out and the odd glass of wine.

    Louise Bolton, Sales Promoter
    Louise honed her customer service skills working in management roles in the travel industry before switching to estate agency 4 years ago, where she quickly found her niche. Her customer focused approach combined with her friendly Geordie accent makes her a great new addition to our Sheffield team. 

    Interests: Outside of work Louise is kept busy by her two young sons, enjoys travelling and supporting the 'Toon of course!

    Liz Wheelhouse, Negotiator
    With over 19 years industry experience and a nomination for ESTAS People's Choice Award for customer service it's not difficult to see what Liz adds to the team here at Redbrik. Having also clocked up almost 30 years of marriage, needless to say her negotiation skills are excellent! 

    Interests: Outside of work Liz can be found walking her dogs at Chatsworth, enjoying the Derbyshire countryside, travelling and enjoying the odd Jedward concert (seriously).

    Martin Bouchier, Photographer
    Taking photos is what Martin loves. He has an artistic flair for photographing homes and finding innovative angles to really make your property stand out from the crowd. Using his years of experience in sales and marketing for some of Yorkshire's leading arts venues, sports teams and telecoms businesses, Martin is responsible for our social media activities. His rich career has also seen him spend five years in the music industry, where he worked on behalf of numerous artists including David Bowie and Gary Barlow.

    Interests: Martin has a real passion for architecture, enjoys most sport, but especially playing and watching football, cricket and golf. He's always up for the latest gadget, taking in a music gig and still finds plenty of time for his two kids.

    Chris Woolley, Negotiator
    Chris joined Redbrik in 2014, rejoining former colleagues he had worked with since joining the industry in 2007. Chris is a real all-rounder having gained experience in practically every agency role from viewings to valuations. Working to find applicants their dream home and helping his vendors progress their sale to completion is what he envisaged doing since he did work experience in estate agency aged just 14 years old! And while he certainly takes his role very seriously, you can be sure that if there is an office prank being played, Chris will be at the heart of it!

    Interests: A superb drummer, he's been an integral part of various Chesterfield and Sheffield based bands and even opened for Bon Jovi at the KC Stadium in Hull. As well as building his own property portfolio, he enjoys the gym and is very much into his cars.

      They practice true professionalism from first contact through every stage, photography and marketing are second to none, I even wanted to buy my own house!       The valuation visit was very friendly and professional, with some good advice around what to do to make the most of the property and make it more saleable. The resultant figure was fully justified and did not seem to include any element of padding to beat other agents' assessments. The photographs of the house really showed it to its best impact - it made me think twice about leaving it! The floor plans that you produce are the very best out there, by a significant margin.

      Very helpful and professional service from everyone at Redbrik involved in the sale of our house. 

      From the start their attitude to customer satisfaction and willingness to help was second to none. My initial contact with Redbrik was done via their website to request a call back. The following day I received a phone call to arrange a home visit to provide a valuation. When mark arrived he demonstrated a professional approach to the situation at the same time as being friendly and approachable with any questions we had. His knowledge of the housing market was, without a doubt very informative and the valuation of our property was pitched at the correct level to be competitive against others that were available in the local area. 

      The whole process was explained in great detail and he went away leaving us to think it through. We felt no pressure to make a decision to go ahead there and then.
