    Peter Lee, Director
    With almost 20 years experience in the property industry before joining Redbrik in 2015, Peter knows a thing or two about buying, selling and renting properties. Post graduation with a degree in accountancy, Peter realised that wasn't his chosen path and turned to his Saturday job at Blundells to forge a career. He worked his way up to partner and then became a respected Area Director for Countrywide. He's energetic, outgoing, approachable and above all very friendly with a strong commitment to customer service.

    Peter has played many sports from an early age including football, squash, tennis and golf and can't resist a challenge if you offer him one, but remember he likes to win! He also loves good food and wine, holidays abroad, preferably somewhere warm, though he would like to be a better skier if he had the time!

    Sarah Cutts, Lettings Negotiator
    Sarah started her career in banking before redirecting her talent for customer service towards working in Lettings, where she quickly worked her way up to Lettings Negotiator. She deals with the whole process from start to finish including dealing with viewings, applications and maintenance. Her favourite part of the job is helping Landlords find the right tenants for their properties and guiding first time landlords through the process. 

    Sarah enjoys holidays in Italy, mainly because of the yummy food, although holidays are now very different since her little one came along!

      My Negotiator goes over and above the call of duty
      Having recently refurbished a terraced property, I wanted to find an agent to find me a suitable tenant. I searched Sheffield Forum and other web searches but couldn't find any recent recommendations. I put the house with an agent for 6 weeks, with clear instruction as to the type of tenant I was looking for. Many people viewed the property but none were suitable. I was told the market had slowed down. I rang Peter Lee of Redbrik on a Thursday evening at 5pm, having noticed their signs all over Sheffield. I met with and instructed him at 12 noon the following day. The photographer was with us within the hour, producing professional photographs and a clear description of the condition of the property and of type of tenant I was looking for. The house was on Rightmove with Redbrik by the following day. Peter took many phone calls, screened them to ensure he wasn't wasting time with unsuitable people. The following week Redbrik arranged viewings. On the Wednesday he showed someone round, who I met, references, credit check done and the tenant moved in. Not only are Redbrik excellent at providing a client based service, the management of the property and communication are too. Each landlord is given their own Lettings negotiator who manages the property, does inspections, and deals with any problems that may arise. I have been to the offices to drop off paperwork, and always greeted by friendly, competent staff. Sarah Morris (my lettings negotiator) goes over and above the call of duty to be of assistance.       With almost 20 years of estate agency experience under her belt and extensive knowledge of the local market, Julie co-founded Redbrik in 2013. She is a top class negotiator with a talent for handing even the most complex sales with her signature down to earth style. She's always super organised with a gift for recruiting and developing new talent. 

      Interests: Outside of work she's partial to a glass of red wine, often (but not always!) accompanied by some Italian food. She loves to travel, ideally to somewhere hot and relaxing.

      Mark Ross, Director
      Having been valuing properties in the local area for 8 years before co-founding Redbrik, there's not much Mark doesn't know about selling houses. With a degree in Public Relations, Mark is responsible for Redbrik's unique marketing style. His straight talking approach typifies the company ethos, whilst his professional, friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of the area generates great feedback from buyers and sellers alike. 

      Interests: A keen sportsman, Mark plays pretty much any sport going. He's always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money, having run the London Marathon and thrown himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity.

      After completing a degree in music, Michael somehow wound up in estate agency and found his niche working for some of the largest agencies in both Sheffield and London. Michael primarily works out of our new Sheffield office and uses his extensive knowledge of the local market to value properties in Sheffield.

Full of energy, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market and loves nothing more than matching a property to a client before it even comes on to the market.

      One of our first employees, Andy is our super-creative photographer responsible for making our properties really look their best. With over 14 years experience of working in photography, Andy also has a background within design and marketing which allows him to bring his wealth of expertise when both designing the floor plans and getting the right shots of your property. 

      When Andy's not 'trying to keep fit' he's often found counter balancing the effect by socialising or pursuing one of his other interests film, art (painting bad examples) going to see live music and star gazing.

      George has recently graduated from University with a degree in Business & Management and was attracted to working in property after taking on work renovating houses to top up his student loan. His role in the Chesterfield office is wide-ranging and includes sales promotion, viewings and negotiation, whilst generally being mothered by the girls in the Redbrik team.

        The valuation visit was very friendly and professional, with some good advice around what to do to make the most of the property and make it more saleable.         From the start their attitude to customer satisfaction and willingness to help was second to none. My initial contact with Redbrik was done via their website to request a call back. The following day I received a phone call to arrange a home visit to provide a valuation. When mark arrived he demonstrated a professional approach to the situation at the same time as being friendly and approachable with any questions we had.
