    Patrick Stappleton the Managing Director of Redwell Estates has been in estate agency for over 26 years and is one of a few local estate agents in Bexhill who have successfully worked their way through two recessions in the United Kingdom, which means that he has a wealth of experience for you to call upon. Redwell Estates is a multi -talented company and boasts an excellent sales division which is run by Leigh Doherty. Leigh has over 13 years of agency experience to offer and uses this experience to choose the right buyer for your property. Redwell also provides Property Management Services and this department is expertly managed by Lisa Harrod. Lisa has served the company for over 12 years and looks after a large rental property portfolio for her clients. Her high standards and good advice help Redwell Estates landlords save money in the long term as the majority of her tenants stay in the accommodation provided for long periods . Redwell Estates Lettings Department is successfully run by James Bush. James uses his expertise to choose the right tenant for each property under his care and the proof of this is the high retention of tenants in the rented accommodations that he lets.

    Patrick Stappleton - Managing Director
    After leaving school at 16 years of age, I joined the Royal Navy and served my country for 8 years. On leaving the Navy, I became a Retail Jeweller, working for Ratners Jewellers and then Zales Jewellers, before starting my career in Estate Agency in 1986. Working for a large corporate estate agency, I quickly climbed the ladder to Branch Manager, initially based in Eastbourne before moving across to the Bexhill office in 1997. In 1993 I took an intensive training course, which I passed and became an Estate Agency Training Manager for the company. I then planned and delivered training courses for the companies sales staff who were mainly based in the South East of England, from my training base in Tunbridge Wells. I obtained my professional qualifications in Real Estate in 2001 when I gained my Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency.  Recently I have been busy helping the newly formed BEXHILL TOWN TEAM get many projects off the ground.  We have had pop up artist shops, general smartening up of the town centre regarding empty shops etc, better facilities including the new Bexhill Farmers Market to be held on Good Friday 29th March 2013, an exciting list of films & events being shown at the De La Warr Pavilion and much more to come.  You could say its my way of giving something back to Bexhill on Sea.

    Lisa Harrod - Property Manager
    Lisa joined me at Redwell Estates when I opened the company in 2000, at our first office in Little Common.  From being the company administrator, sales negotiator and rock of the company, Lisa took over the Property Managers role when the Lettings Department grew rapidly in 2003.  Lisa now looks after well over 100 landlords for me on a regular basis helping them protect their investment with excellent care and attention to detail.  Landlords apprieciate the fact that Lisa Harrod is on their side keeping their tenants happy in the accommodation they rent through Redwell Estates. Thats why they stay with us.  Tenants also stay with Redwell Estates for longer periods, in fact some tenants have been Redwell tenants for several years and its because they feel apprieciated by Lisa and her team.  Landlords, If you have property you need to let or you already have tenants and need a local, personable Property Manager to look after your properties, then theres no one better.     Leigh Doherty - Sales Manager

    As sales improved in 2012, it became clear that we needed someone to drive this department forward and thats when Leigh Doherty came to Redwell Estates.  Leigh has all the hallmarks of a Redwell person, charm, personality, drive and attention to detail, just what the customers of Redwell would need to help them search for or sell property in Bexhill on sea.  Over to you Leigh. After leaving college in 1997, I managed to get my first job which just so happened to be in Estate Agency and I remained in the same job for 13 years gaining vital sales tools which have held me in great stead throughout the years. I took time out to concentrate on gaining qualifications before committing myself once again into the world of Estate Agency and joining Redwell Estates in June 2012. Since joining Redwell Estates, I have enjoyed great success and I hope this continues for many years.     James Bush - Lettings Manager

    When James joined Redwell, we rejoined forces once again as we had worked together previously.  Now the company had another excellent, dynamic estate agent on board and someone the customers of Redwell Estates would love to have on their side. I will let him tell you his story from here. I started working at 16 in the restaurant in Debenhams Hastings spending 2 years with them before moving on to work for Comet, spending 8 years there. During this time I helped to open many of their local new stores including Bexhill, Eastbourne, Brighton & Tunbridge Wells. I moved on to work for a large corporate Estate Agent in 1997, staying with them for 8 years gaining a background in sales etc. I left to become a Project Manager for a Sign company in Hastings whose main contracts were with London Underground. During my time there, we over saw several very prestigious station refurbishment and new build projects, including 2 new ticket halls at Kings Cross St. Pancras, Euston and Wembley Park Underground stations and were the preferred supplier and installer of all new signage across the network. I joined Patrick and the team at Redwell Estates in May 2005 to look after the front of house lettings. I am a believer in finding the right tenant/property combination meaning that many of my tenants are still with me in their original properties.
