    The High Street is Wrexham's original town centre, beginning at the church of St. Giles. This area was once the traditional High Street of the town holding most of its traditional shops and markets. During the day the main attractions are the area's cafes and the historic 'Butchers Market' hall situated on High Street.

      I was looking to rent as soon as possible. An enquiry was made on Sunday morning, and a viewing was arranged for Sunday afternoon, on Julie's (branch managers) day of work. I liked the property, and applied. My application form was checked by them BEFORE the fee's where taken for. The team here pointed out some errors in the application that could cause it to fail, and only submitted it for me when it was correct, this of course greatly increased the change of a successful application. Communication was spot on, providing daily updates on the application. Unlike other estate agents I had been with, these always answer the phone, and are happy to email. They are also happy to work with the landlords if you have any worries or concerns. A colleague had also recently had his house sold by Julie, he to highly recommends this estate agent.
