    Andrew Watt - Director
    Andrew's Estate Agency career began in 1992 with an independent estate agency before he moved to a corporately owned agent where he won many accolades through his years there. Operating in the Lanarkshire area since 1999, Andrew has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and has enjoyed proven success selling all types of property from extensive modern developments, land plots, property portfolios through to individual bespoke homes. In Partnership with Kevin McAllister, the duo launched the Residence business in 2012 and it continues to grow, outperform the market and has quickly established itself as the 'agent of choice' in Lanarkshire. As a keen sportsman, Andrew brings a winning mentality, fresh passion and enthusiasm to the property market where he has built up many professional relationships and formed many friendships with his clients through his career. Andrew will provide honest advice on everything from presenting your home to the market and conducting viewings to brochure design and marketing effectively. Having worked through two recessions, Andrew knows how important it is to have an agent that is genuinely interested in helping you move. Andrew spends his spare time with his wife and family, and enjoys watching rugby, playing football and is a keen golfer.

    Kevin McAllister - Director
    Kevin McAllister has worked in the property industry since 1994. He began his career working for a small independent firm before moving through to Fife to work with a large corporate agency. During this time he handled sales covering the East Neuk and and St Andrews before returning to the west coast to take up a senior agency position in Hamilton. In 2001 Kevin launched Portfolio Letting which, under his guardianship, became the largest single independent Letting Agent in Lanarkshire with a reputation for handling some of the most prestigious property in the area. Kevin successfully guided Portfolio to a sale in 2013 to allow him to focus solely on the continued growth and expansion of Residence and is relishing the opportunity to return full time to his first love Estate Agency. Attention to detail and high standards of customer care are key to Residence, and both Kevin and Andrew fully understand the importance of the demand for a high standard of service you would expect when you are selling your most valuable asset, but appreciate that it is also your home. Married with a young family, Kevin enjoys travel and participates in many sporting activities.
