    I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2014 before joining Richard James a year later in October 2015 as a trainee negotiator. Eager to adapt to the ways of the industry, I have already been taught a great deal about how it works with much more to learn. Every day is a new challenge but I have a great team of colleagues behind me, and I plan to continue my growth with them and Richard James for the foreseeable future.
