    With over 60 members of staff it is impossible for us to introduce each individually, but we are delighted to be able to provide you with an introduction to some of the key members of Richard Kendall Estate Agent, Wakefield who you will no doubt speak to on a daily basis in the selling or buying of your home.

    Claire Kendall - Partner MNAEA
    Claire was sent away by her Mum and Dad (Jennifer and Richard Kendall) to University to become a Chartered Surveyor. Instead of coming straight into the family firm, Claire decided to make her mark with a major property company in London and after 7 years decided to transfer within that company to her base in Leeds to be nearer home of course. After a short while Claire decided what in common terms is stated as a 'no brainer', instead of working for somebody else 10 miles up the road, it would be better to join the family firm, along with her brother Simon, who had already been with the company 12 years. Claire now oversees the overall running of the our sales department and deals with the company's administration responsibilities.

    Roger Hall - Associate Director FNAEA
    Roger started his career as an Estate Agent in 1993 after graduating from University with an honours degree in Urban Estate Management and became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2008. From his first role answering the phones and sticking photographs on photocopied brochures, Roger has worked his way up through the ranks through two recessions experiencing all the extreme peaks and troughs that the market can present. A highly experienced valuer with over 20 years experience in the valuation of residential properties, Roger regularly deals with the broadest range of properties from the most modest of starter homes through to large country houses and development plots.

    Having been with Richard Kendall over 20 years, David has extensive experience in the marketing and negotiating of property in the local area. David is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, being able to not only value your home and put the property on the market, but he can also carrying out an Energy Performance Certificate too.

    Joanne has been part of Richard Kendall Estate Agent for over 25 years after Richard asked her to join us whilst she was working at the local travel agents. Having an eye for sales, Joanne now job shares with Donna, as well as looking after the Hallmark properties with Elizabeth who she has a  great relationship with, creating a very effective personal property consultant to all our clients.

    Shireen Smith - Senior Property Consultant
    Shireen only joined the company at the begining of 2013 as a Trainee Negotiator with no prior experience in the Estate Agency world.  It became quite obvious to us very quickly that Shireen had a natural ability for the job and has proved to be a great asset to the company. She has shown a great passion for her role and if you walk into our Wakefield office there will be little doubt in your mind which negotiator is Shireen.  You will always be greeted with a smile and a very cheery hello.
