      As we all know moving home is stressful! In our case we made it uber hard for ourselves in selling three houses, all exchanging and completing at similar times in order to buy our new one! The journey was long at 11 months from the original viewing and we were even forced to change the purchase property due to unknown planning permission on the first... I paint the picture only because of how stressful and complicated this got. There were so many changes, complicated discussions and the need for different parties to be flexible along the way and having dealt with a number of agencies to get the whole deal concluded, Richard Worth and Tim Cole especially, showed a level of class that stood them head and shoulders above the rest (there were times where I may have been unbearable to deal with as well, given the stress levels!). The other thing to note was when viewing the two different houses we were buying through the process, the level and length of relationships that both Tim and Steve had with the vendors. This proved a crucial factor when flexibility was required and I have no doubt the deal would have fallen apart if not for both Tim and Steve. I can't recommend Richard Worth more highly.
