    Having grown up in Reading I left school in 1987 and joined Reading's largest independent estate agent. It was there I learnt the basics of the property industry and fine tuned my knowledge of a wide range of property styles and values. I joined Richard Worth in 1997 and I was soon appointed Branch
    Manager. After 10 years I decided to explore life abroad and moved to Dubai where property development and sales were booming. 
    This provided me with a different insight and new skill set to complement the old upon returning to Richard Worth in 2011. I retain responsibility for the progression of all of our property sales, a challenging role, where my calm demeanor and exceptional experience combine to ensure that even the most complicated and difficult of sales progress to a satisfactory conclusion.

    I was educated at both the Marist Convent and The Emmbrook School and later studied at the London College of Fashion. I have always lived and worked in the Wokingham area and having initially worked in insurance joined Richard Worth Estate Agents shortly after it opened. 
    I am in charge of general office administration including the preparation of marketing literature, updating the property portals, arranging advertising and client invoicing. Based on the sales floor, I provide support to the sales and land team and assist clients with their property requirements, arranging viewings and valuations. I believe that my role is to ensure that the office runs efficiently and effectively allowing the sales staff to concentrate on providing a high level of service to our clients.

    RW beat all of our expectations
    Richard Worth were superb throughout both the purchase of my new property and the sale of my old house. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In terms of our Property Purchase, Chris was honest, straightforward, diligent and trustworthy. He took time to get to know myself and our young family and managed to tread the line carefully in terms of acting in the interest of his client whilst ensuring I was treated more than fairly throughout the purchase. Clear, pragmatic communication and always available. We've got our dream house, against some real challenges (all of our own making!) and a nice smooth transaction. With regards to the Sale of our Property, we met with all the usual suspects (Prospects, Romans, Hunters etc). The immediate difference we noticed is that Richard Worth had people who we would like to buy a house from (which we ended up doing). Nice people who we felt we could trust and have honest conversations with. The same two individuals made sure they did all the viewings and really knew our property well (credit to Chris and Paul). No young chaps at the infancy of their career desperate to do a deal at any price, or squeeze lots/any potential buyers in to do viewings. With a young family we needed to work with an agent that we could trust to do sensible viewings, screen potential buyers and then negotiate prudently on our behalf. Our eventual buyers emailed Chris on a Saturday night. Chris got in touch with me that evening and we'd sold the house on the following Tuesday. Once the sale was agreed, David Hatch got involved to keep momentum in the deal, ensure our buyers didn't get cold feet and make sure it would go through. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that our sale completed. Without him, there is no way we would have sold & would be looking for new buyers. We had problems with Solicitors (both ours and theirs) - David was on the phone, emailing and writing letters. Problems with old planning Permissions - David got into the Council and was happy to go down in person to make the deal happen. The final bump was a renegotiation about a lean on a Garden Wall. Having told me about the problem, a couple of hours later he called to say that he & the RW Managing Director had gone down to the property in person to have a look so that they could advise me properly. I didn't ask them to do any of this - all of it was pro-active and done to help me get the sale through. In summary, Richard Worth beat all of our expectations and are, in my opinion, an exemplar of how much value an Estate Agent can add to the process of moving home. We're delighted with them.
