        We chose to ask Robert Luff to market our property as they had a strong local base of retail premises, backed by strong links to the national sites.

        We found our initial meeting to discuss our property a very positive experience and were reassured that we would get a good price, based on their judgement and the market conditions.
        After we had agreed the publicity the viewings started and within three visits a strong offer was made and accepted.
