We do not lose sight of our Clients’ objectives, we achieve this by maintaining the continuity of your principal contact throughout the whole transaction, Clive Robinson takes a very ‘hands on’ approach and is responsible for; valuations, accompanied viewings- which are standard policy, preparing accurate, descriptive and articulate particulars, carrying out all negotiations and liasing with Solicitors, the remaining members of staff are collectively responsible for all other matters.
We do not over value to gain an instruction or indeed under value to achieve a speedy sale.
We do not advertise infrequently, invariably all our clients are advertised within every publication.
We do not expect our Clients to carry out the viewings, it is an excellent selling opportunity borne from comprehensive marketing and we are happy to seize the sales opportunity at this point.
We do not believe in unsatisfied Clients, that is why a major source of out instructions is from recommendation.
