From our smart, prominent Georgian office in the centre of Reigate Robinsons Property Rentals is headed up by Partner Steve Lane FNAEA, one of East Surreys most respected lettings professionals. As Chartered Surveyors and members of the National Association of Estate Agents we are regulated and Bonded Agents working under the strict code of conduct and best business practices of both the RICS and NAEA and belong to their Client Money Protection Scheme, which gives Landlords and Tenants alike justified peace of mind.
Our territory for Property Rentals covers the towns of Reigate, Redhill and Dorking but extends from Banstead in the north to Horley to the south, Oxted in the east to the village of Westcott beyond Dorking to the west. Our other disciplines operate over a far wider radius extending over many counties.
As a multi disciplinary business covering Residential Lettings, Commercial, Residential and Block Management Services, Commercial Property Sales, Commercial Property Lettings and Acquisitions, together with a Professional Services Department providing rent review, rating and valuation advice the depth of knowledge and experience in property within our Partnership is far reaching.
