      Here at Ross Estate Agencies we have our own energy assessor Rob Ward, he will and carry out your EPC and Floor Plan and answer any questions you may have.

        • Our Domestic Energy Assessor will measure the energy efficiency of your property using a specifically designed piece of software
        • Information is uploaded by the assessor and calculated
