Roy Peters Estates is a privately owned, independent company of property professionals based in the North Derbyshire town of Chesterfield.
Established in 1975 we strive to provide all clients with prompt professional services using local expertise built up over many years by our qualified members of staff.
We are long standing members of the National Association of Estate Agents and are regularly audited to ensure compliance with their codes of practice. We are also members of The National Approved Letting Scheme and members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme. Our principal activity is Property Management, including Residential and Commercial lettings for over 600 properties. We are acknowledged specialists with regard to residential lettings having many years experience in Chesterfield and the surrounding area.
Our further services include, Industrial and Commercial Sales, Valuations, Building Design and full Project Management.
We operate a Property Services Maintenance team for all our clients properties on a 24 hour coverage.
A comprehensive Insurance Service can be provided for all our clients’ properties under management.
