        The best indication of how knowledgeable the staff were when I came into the office to collect the keys for Parr House on completion. Zaid was on the phone at the time talking to a potential client, his sales pitch and knowledge of the prices and local amenities was very impressive, it would be good if Phil would increase his knowledge of where the keys for listed houses were kept. ha!ha!ha! :)
