I have let my property through this agent for over 3 years now and am finding they are providing a consistently improving service . The help I received from Angela during my most recent letting was excellent , she was friendly, efficient and kept me well informed throughout the whole process.

I contacted the Heywood office to enquire about them finding a tenant for a flat that I rent out. In the past I have done this myself, but due to work commitments I did not have the time. Brad met me at the property and completed a thorough checklist with me and advised that he would put the paperwork in the post. The paperwork arrived within a day, I delayed things a little as some work needed to be done at the property, but as soon as I was ready I contacted Brad and he arranged for the EPC to be carried out and took photos. I was kept fully informed throughout the process by Brad, Nicola and Leanne. I received an e-mail with feedback after each viewing and suitable tenants were found within a couple of weeks. The checks and inventory were completed within a week and the tenants moved in shortly after that. The team were very efficient and everything went like clockwork. Brad has been to visit another property that I am letting and I am confident that I will receive the same excellent service again.

Superb service on both the check-out of the existing clients, the screening and the follow-up of new tennents and the overall customer service. Total number of days empty = 12, pretty fast service - well done!

Ryder and Dutton have managed my property for the last 4 years and I have always been extremly happy with the level of service they provide. I would like to thank will dykes for the excellent service given to me. In the past i have had really bad experiences with estate agents and landlords, this has renewed my faith. I thought i was doomed to deal with incompetence and dodgy landlords for ever. Wills excellent customer service and nogatiation skills secured me a lovely bungalow that i am extremely happy in. Other agents should take a leaf out of your book and look after their customers . Cant thank you enough.

First class service. The team over at the Mossley office were brilliant, especially Angela. We were going through a bit of a tough time, due to our daughter going into hospital, but Angela and the team were very sympathetic, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
