    • Louise has been with Sibley Pares for almost 20 years and has completed the MARLA qualification. As the Residential Property Manager she conducts property visits, liaises with maintenance contractors and ensures property maintenance is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
    • Mitchell Bourner - Head of our Sales and Lettings
    • Mitchell is the Head of our Sales and Lettings team, he moved straight into estate agency upon leaving school in 2015. He joined Sibley Pares in 2018 and has completed his MNAEA AND MARLA qualifications. Mitchell is involved in a diverse portfolio of land and new homes projects and deals with corporate and individuals, letting their residential portfolios

In 2009 she moved to our Accounts Team where she dealt with our Client Accounts until she became our Residential Property Manager in 2015. Since joining the Residential Team Lou has obtained an ARLA qualification in Level 3 Residential Letting and Property Management and is currently studying for her Level 4.
