      Agreeing the price of your sale, is just the beginning. The hardest part of any sale is taking it from Sale Agreed through to completion smoothly. We believe that by keeping you informed of exactly what is happening, what has happened and what is still left to be done on a weekly basis, ensures that you feel in control and alleviates a lot of the stress that comes with selling a house.

      We will keep a close eye on the progression, following up with your solicitor, the buyer's solicitors and the respective agents either up or down the chain. This is probably the most crucial part of a sale, because once you start paying for surveys, solicitor's fees and searches - a sale that falls apart is a horrible waste of time and money.

      By focusing on progressions, our "fall through rate" is unbelievably low. Sadly, many agents tend to overlook this extremely essential part of a sale, as they are more concerned in marketing the next property.
