Sanderson estate agents was established in Barmouth in 1998 by Andrew Sanderson and together in partnership with his wife Alison Sanderson they expanded and also opened a branch at Porthmadog in 2008. The two offices are linked together by an system set up so that every property on their books can be seen for sale at both offices.
