    Our focus is to sell your property and we do not believe that it is ethical for us to supply either in-house financial or legal products.

    We believe this potentially results in a conflict of interest and prefer to work in association with independent conveyancers and mortgage brokers hand picked by us for the range of products that they can supply; how competitive they are and for their excellent customer service. In this way we can provide you with a complete service without compromise.

    If you require a mortgage for your purchase we would urge you to compare the products available. There is a huge range of financial products on the market at the moment with huge discrepancies in their final cost. An independent mortgage broker will have a much larger range of products available to them than say a bank or a building society who is restricted to their own products. We have saved our clients thousands of pounds by encouraging them to explore the market early in the process. All the companies that we work with will supply a no obligation quote.

    We would also urge you to use a specialist conveyancer rather than a general solicitor. Conveyancing is essentially an administration process that requires exact attention to detail and, in our experience, is best undertaken by professionals who specialise.

  • Introduction

    We know that we are only as good as the people we employ. For this reason we have a incredibly rigorous recruitment process and undertake on going in-house training as well as external courses and diplomas. We constantly assess our customer service and welcome feedback. We are extremely proud of our staff retention record and would like to introduce some of the key members of the team to you.

    Chris Murphy - Area Manager Chris joined Sandersons in 2009 specifically to launch the Ashford office. We subsequently saw unprecedented growth in Ashford as new customers benefited from the attention to detail and flair that Chris and his team brought to the role. In August 2011 Chris progressed to being our Area Manager and he now demands the same exacting standards from the branch and sales managers who report to him as he has delivered personally.

    Jess Haskins - Canterbury Branch Manager Jess was head hunted by Sandersons in 2008. She was already working in the industry and we had been hugely impressed with her obvious flair for top-level negotiation. Her talent and enthusiasm quickly saw her progress into management. She has managed an expanding team and has received the highest praise from our many satisfied landlords and vendors alike.     Nick Silvester - Maidstone Branch Manager Nick has worked in property in and around the Maidstone area for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience with him. He is both ARLA and NAEA qualified and has joined Sandersons to bring his expertise and energy to our expanding sales team.     Mark Weller - Acting Ashford Branch Manager We are very excited to welcome Mark Weller to the team who joined us in April of this year. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience as he has worked at senior management level for over a decade starting in finance and moving over to lettings and sales. His area covered Kent, Surrey and Sussex so he has a detailed working knowledge of both investment and residential property in the South East. He made the move to Sandersons to be part of the team rolling out the innovative and very different approach that we have to property sales and lettings and we are delighted to have him on board.     Hazel Szabo - Senior Property Manager Hazel joined us in 2008 having worked in property in the corporate sector as a Sales Progressor. She now heads up the team of Property Managers, the New Lets Team and the Client Accountants who are based in our Maidstone office. It is her job to ensure that all the teams work seamlessly to provide the excellent level of customer service that Sandersons has become synonymous with.     Louise Cousin - Senior Student Property Manager Louise joined Sandersons as our New Lets Manager and has worked closely within the property management team since 2011. She took a legal degree before working in block management and so has considerable experience in working in the property sector. We are delighted that she has elected to head up the student property management department and bring the same attention to detail and proactive management that she brings to all her work.
