    Born in Brighton, Chris started his career in estate agency in 1988 and has been working in Brighton & Hove ever since. Having carried out several thousand valuations on properties in the local area, it's no surprise that, on average, in the last 12 months we have achieved 99.24% of our clients' asking prices and made fewer price reductions than any of our main competitors. 

    "My first job was with a small independent company which was subsequently sold to a large chain of estate agents. I then progressed through the ranks to a senior management position before co-launching Tingleys Estate agents in 1996 with one of my previous colleagues. In 2009 I acquired the company and took it in a new direction with the launch of Sawyer & Co. and I'm incredibly proud of our progress.     Adam grew up in Hove and has enjoyed a career in property sales, letting and property management since the late 1990's. Having built up a wealth of independent and corporate estate agency knowledge, as a director Adam continues to build on the success of the company with his hands on approach. 

    Having passed the highest level exams, Adam holds a Fellow grade of membership at the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has achieved a Diploma in Surveying Practice at the College of Estate Management. As a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Adam has passed their Technical Award exams and he is the 2016 Secretary of the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association.

    A shortlisted finalist for The Times Best Letting Agent of the Year 2016, Kerry-Anne joined Sawyer & Co in 2011 and has over 14 years' experience in estate agency. After spending her early career working for a large corporate company in the Berkshire area, she took time off to travel Australia and Europe. On her return to the UK Kerry-Anne settled in Hove and was instrumental in the success of another independent estate agent in Hove for whom she worked for nine years. Kerry-Anne's success at The Times Awards 2016 is due to her great enthusiasm for her job and her impressive pro-active and hard-working approach to everything she does.

    Katie Price MARLA, Property Manager 
    Having worked in the property sector since 2014 our new Property Manager, Katie, brings a wealth of knowledge to our Letttings team.Whilst studying Costume Design and Making at Nottingham Trent University, Katie kept fit by playing rugby so it's no surprise that she's a Nottingham Tigers fan and is a bit of a gym-bunny. Well-travelled, our PM spent three years living in Boston, MA, volunteered in an Argentinian Equine Therapy centre and studied in Hong Kong, as well as notching up passport stamps for Thailand, Singapore, Morocco and Canada. Now firmly established as a Brighton & Hove resident, Katie loves being by the seaside and frequenting the city's quirky pubs with her friends or relaxing on the beach.

    Ceri has lived in Brighton for 20 years and loves the diversity and culture of the city. She originally studied Menswear Design but has now worked in property for 5 years. In her spare time Ceri is a keen walker and enjoys going for hikes with her dog in the beautiful surrounding countryside of The Downs and Sussex villages and of course enjoys the wonderful seafront, making time to pop into restaurants along the way. Ceri has travelled extensively in the USA and the second city in her life is San Francisco which she says is almost as good as Brighton.       Bob was born and raised in Brighton. His early career developed in the FMCG world working for Blue Chip organisations. Before commencing his long and successful career in the sports industry. He also plays badminton and his most recent passion is rock climbing. Stu also somehow manages to find time to support Brighton and Hove Albion and claims to sit down sometimes to enjoy some fish and chips on the beach.

Irene has always lived by the sea and loves that living in Brighton and Hove means that there is always something new around the corner to discover.         The sale of my flat was far from straight-forward (I had issues with my lease to deal with alongside selling my property) and the staff were supportive throughout the process.

        One of the reasons I chose to sell my property through Sawyer & Co. is due to the understanding of my particular circumstances that Chris Sawyer showed me at the initial meeting and valuation. I felt reassured that they could help me through the various stages and were not solely out to sell it quickly at all cost. He also listened carefully to my own onward plans and gave me advice about that too.
