    I am the Area Sales Manager for Saxe Coburg and Lovett Estate Agents and deal with all aspects of residential and commercial sales. I have worked in the Bournemouth and Poole area and have 24 years local estate agency experience for both corporate and independent agents. I have also worked for a local development company specialising in land acquisitions and new home sales. I joined the company with a view to building a team where customer service is the main focus, and to give honest advice that help people move. I also feel that we could be market leaders with innovative ideas combined with traditional hard work. We have gone from strength to strength, helping people with a friendly professional service.

    Charlotte Hannen - Area Lettings Manager
    After traveling the world I began my Lettings career as a junior member of the Lettings team at sister company Lovett International. This was back in 2006 and I achieved three promotions to my current position as Lettings Manager. 
    Since expanding the Lettings department at Lovett I have moved to Saxe Coburg to continue to build the portfolio here. 
    My key skills are communicating with people, negotiating, matching the right tenants to their ideal property, whilst managing a lettings portfolio and ensuring landlords and tenants experience the very best lettings service.  I have been lucky enough to be shortlisted for Lettings Manager of the Year Award at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2013, which is sponsored by Zoopla, The Times and The Sunday Times.

    Outside of work I really enjoy the gym, socialising with friends and have a passion for seeing new places.
