We Will Let it Fast or Let it Free - T&C'sWe are so confident that we will find a suitable tenant who makes a formal rental application within 28days of accepting your instruction to let, that we will waive our Standard Lettings Fee, if we take longer.
On condition, that the house is in a complete ready to go condition, all maintenance work has been completed, as advised by ourselves and we have free access to the property.
This offer is for our Fully Managed Service which incurrs a monthly management fee. However if you only require a Tenant Find Service, we will also reduce our fee by the equivalent amount.
We act as Sole Letting Agent for a period of 8 wks, from instruction.
