    T iverton is the biggest town in Mid Devon and the fourth largest in Devon. Situated next to the A361 North Devon Link Road it has excellent access to both the North and South Devon coastlines as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor.

        Complete peace of mind
        I think your service is excellent thank you. It gives me complete peace of mind and I would recommend anyone who has a rental property to ensure they have a good management agent such as yourselves. It is so good to know that things like the legionnaires check and electrical checks are automatically taken care of and you always let me know in advance they are going to happen. It helps me feel confident my property is meeting legal requirements and is in a safe habitable state The quarterly 'flat condition' reports are also very helpful and reassures me about the ongoing state of my property and the monthly paper statements enable me to keep accurate records. Having you as my management agents is so very reassuring and enables me to have a rental property with minimum hassle or worry.
