      Above and beyond the call of duty!
      The value of Sewell & Gardner became clear when we discovered that we had to move out of the house...one day earlier than we thought, which came from a mix up with our solicitor. After explaining I was 30 miles away Joe immediately said he would manage the new owners and would clear his dairy for the afternoon and help us move out. I arrived at the house to find that Joe had already cleared a room and once we had enlisted our buyers removal men to help, we made very fast progress to clear the house, eventually moving out in 55 minutes. I think this must be a record for clearing a 3 bedroom house! Lifting armchairs and clearing out fridge freezers was not in the contract when we signed with you to sell our house and was absolutely above and beyond the call of duty! I think you would have to go a long way to find another agent that would do this.
