    Born and educated in Hong Kong before coming to live in England. Her enthusiasm for life has meant she has had a variety of careers including PR. With a keen interest in arts and crafts and regularly volunteering in the local community, she has had the opportunity to meet many of the local residents in Brockham, where she has lived for the past 12 years. Directors David Driscoll and Jamie Hynes bring over 30 years' experience selling homes throughout the many towns and picturesque villages of the Surrey Hills.       Are there any hairline cracks in the walls or ceiling? If so, make sure you investigate further. Ruling out structural issues from the outset could save you time, money and pain later down the line. Equally, don't be put off the property if you do spot something.
