Having tried a couple estate agents to sell our house, with no result, we tried ShineRocks. Paul Shinerock was realistic in his valuation, which others had not been and we had a number of viewings. A Christmas present was accepting a very good offer. Unfortunately, the buyer dragged his heels and then at the point of exchange decided to significantly reduce his offer. The buyer was told where to go, in the nicest terms. More viewings and within a couple of weeks, we had another satisfactory offer. ShineRocks just had to sell our new buyers house, which they did. Sale went through without a hitch. Original buyer came back with full asking price ... too late! They actively market your property and go the extra mile. Paul and the team, are the best, no doubt about it.
