    Sue Costello - Branch Manager

    Sue has worked most of her career in sales and has been an Estate Agent for the past seven years. Starting with a large corporate company and then moving to Shortland Horne in 2013. Sue started as a Negotiator, quickly progressed to Senior Valuer and then to Branch Manager. Sue is passionate on offering excellent customer service for both vendors and buyers. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with family and friends and holidays abroad.

    Kyle Brooker -  Property Valuer

    Having worked within the industry for seven years, Kyle originally started his estate agency career in 2008 within one of the UK's largest corporate agents, originally working in an administrative role where he quickly moved up the ranks to Negotiator then becoming a senior valuer by 2013. Kyle prides himself on excellent customer service and building trusting relationships with his clients. when he isn't working he enjoys playing badminton and spending time with his friends and family.

    Angela Fenn - Sales Progressor

    Angela has worked within Estate Agency for several years. She has been part of the New Homes team and is now Sales Progressor at our Walsgrave Road Branch and is in daily contact with our Vendors and Purchasers. Angela has a bubbly personality and enjoys camping, on line shopping and spending time with her beautiful daughter.

    Lauren started with Shortland Horne as an apprentice in 2012 and passed her Level 3 NVQ in business studies. As Branch Administrator, Lauren is a valuable part of the team and is generally the first point of contact for our clients. In her free time Lauren enjoys a little retail therapy, debating in public and blogging.
