Raunds is situated in the heart of East Northamptonshire with excellent road and rail links giving easy accessibility to all parts of the country. Raunds and its closest neighbour, the village of Stanwick about a mile away, boast a population of around 10,000 and feature excellent schools and local amenities.
Many residents work in the nearby towns of Wellingborough and Rushden and a significant proportion commute as far a field as Cambridge and even London via the 50 minute rail service from Wellingborough mainline station. The town has managed to combine the tradition of an historic market town – its popular market is still held every Friday – with ongoing regeneration that has seen many new homes sympathetically introduced into the locality over the last few years.
The Team:
The Raunds office is run by Branch Manager Frazer Arnott, who joined the office after opening and working in our Rushden Office, where he gained broad experience of all aspects of the business. His enthusiastic, professional approach and fresh approach to estate agency has continued to be the success of the business through a policy of providing the highest levels of dedicated customer service and expert advice on current market conditions.
Judith Peasnell heads up the Residential Lettings department and also brings expert local knowledge and many years of property management experience to the role.
The office is also assisted by administrators Sarah Nunley, who has many years experience within the company’s Thrapston, Burton Latimer and Kimbolton offices.
