    At Smart Homes we have the strongest desire to improve the way that our industry and our branch operate. We feel our service and image are superior to any of our competitors, a formula that gives us the edge.

    Founded in September 1998 in Kings Norton, Smart Homes was, within two years, recognised as the top agent in the area. We went on to open a branch in Hall Green in 2001 and consequently, became the area's number one agent within just twelve months of the branch opening. In 2006, we responded to the market and opened our residential lettings department, before moving to Shirley in 2007.

    Thus Smart Homes has maintained its high position amongst local competitors for sixteen years. We believe that this success was a result of the philosophies that we, as a company, continue to enforce in our Shirley branch today. At Smart Homes, we believe good quality customer service to be of the utmost value. We thrive on our reputable, quality team of staff and continue to be recognised and recommended for our services, having collectively 120 years of experience between us.
