Smart Lettings was created with two goals.
The first was to offer a service that is entirely tailored to the customers’ needs. Talking at a time and location that is convenient in a language that is comfortable and understandable. To discuss wishes, requirements and preferences not just ticking boxes on a computer. The second was to create an environment that allowed us to work without targets, competition or pressure, allowing us to concentrate on offering advice that is determined by customers needs not on business sales goals.
