Viewings are very flexible; we can meet daytime; evenings and weekends - whatever suits! All viewings are by appointment (generally group viewings), simply contact the office stating which property you would like to view and have your contact details ready.
SouthSide do not charge any hidden fees for works such as marketing; leases; handovers; maintenance; inspections or any renewal fees. In addition to this, we do not charge tenants any fees either for example referencing and lease fees (like the majority of our competitors), they simply pay the deposit and first month's rent.
