    • LOW FEES - most letting agents advertise that they have competitive fees and sometimes offer promotional discounts, but we are always committed to a low-fee pricing structure for all our services. Please call your local branch for details of our competitive rates.

    • NO-OBLIGATION RENTAL ASSESSMENTS - we would be delighted to give a full rental valuation of your property, free of charge. We can help you come to a realistic and attractive rental figure and, if you decide to appoint us, we will market your property at the rent you feel appropriate. We will continue to update you and provide feedback from viewings and this can assist in any decision to alter the rent.

    • FREE RENTAL ADVICE - we can advise on the best ways of maximising the rental return from your property. Discerning tenants expect a high standard of accommodation, something for which they are often prepared to pay more rent. We can advise on how to make your property more appealing.

    • EXTENSIVE MARKET EXPOSURE     - your property will be auto-emailed to all appropriate tenants on our database, appear in our window displays, on our website and national property portals, such as rightmove.co.uk, and in the local print media.

    • FLEXIBLE VIEWINGS     - we will accompany viewings during the evening to maximise your property's letting opportunities.

    • REFERENCING     - we always undertake thorough referencing of our tenants, including full credit checks, plus previous landlord and employer references. We do not charge landlords for our Tenant-Find Search. No tenant, no fee - it's as simple as that.

    •     GUIDANCE ON LANDLORD REGULATIONS - we advise on gas, electrical and fire safety, as well as energy performance certificates and government deposit regulations to which you are legally obligated to adhere.

    • NO TIE-IN CONTRACT PERIODS - we simply ask for one week's notice to allow any advertising already booked to reach its target market. Also, should you decide to appoint another letting agent alongside us, you are free to do so and we will not request an increase in our fee.

Simply go to Current Properties on this page and select the criteria for your ideal property to see what we currently have available for you to view.

    • ONE FEE FOR LIFE  We offer a competitive one-off fee to tenants, which contributes towards the administration costs associated with setting up a tenancy. We guarantee that no further fees are payable at any time during the tenancy. And, should you decide to rent an entirely different property through us at a later date, then no further fees are payable at all.

    • FRIENDLY SERVICE  We make it our job to ask the right questions and to find out exactly what you want from our property search. We want to provide a service that meets your needs, and therefore we're interested in finding the property that's right for you. We won't show you somewhere that won't suit your requirements - it's a waste of your time and ours.

    • A QUICK RESPONSE  Should a maintenance issue arise with a property while under our management, we can normally guarantee the problem will be fixed within 24 hours by one of our bank of skilled tradesmen. There are no surprise costs to you - these are settled by us, directly with the landlord.
