The commercial department is run and managed by Mr David Pepper BSc FRICS. David joined the company as a partner in 2004 and has worked in Nottingham since 1982 dealing with all aspects of commercial property and development land throughout the East Midlands.

3 Commercial Surveys and Valuations
We offer a full range of surveys and valuations for all types of industrial, commercial and retail property throughout the East Midlands.
We provide comprehensive valuations for banks and financial institutions as well as private valuations for individuals, trusts and companies offering a swift and comprehensive service
