Andrew Luxton- Head of Residential LettingsAndrew is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, having been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for over 25 years and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. In addition to his Partnership roles, his primary role is to oversee the Residential Lettings, Property Management and Commercial Departments covering all 22 offices. He has been instrumental in the development and growth of the lettings department within Stags over the past twenty years to become one of the region's leading letting agents. Andrew advises landlords on current legislation, compliance and legal issues, buy-to-let, plus many other matters affecting those in the lettings sector. In addition, he is a professional auctioneer regularly undertaking property auctions, as well as charity auctions, raising thousands of pounds for various charities such as the The Lord's Taverners. Andrew still takes a keen interest in the Stags Agricultural team assisting with on site sales when required and the occasional market. -

Claire Staniforth- Lettings ManagerFor landlords and tenants in the East Devon area, Lettings Manager Claire Staniforth offers a dedicated and highly efficient service. Claire, who moved to Devon 20 years ago, has worked for Stags since 2010 and in that time has taken and passed the technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management to become a member of ARLA. As a senior member of Honitons Lettings Department, Claire oversees the daily running of the department with the aim of continuing its growth, and provides potential landlords with market appraisals, using her detailed knowledge of rental values and the local market. -

Paris Pinney - Property ManagerParis joined the Lettings team in Honiton as a Property Manager in 2022. He previously worked for a local estate agent in their Lettings team for six years, before venturing out and running his own business. Paris is involved in a variety of tasks within the team, involving both property management and everyday administration. Paris prides himself on offering a high level of customer service, ensuring both landlords and tenants have an excellent experience throughout the letting process.
