    David Robinson- Office Manager
    David is Stags' longest serving member in Cornwall, having joined the firm in 1997 after working for a national agent in the Thames Valley for six years. David is an Associate Partner for Stags, has a degree in agriculture from the University of Reading, is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an experienced auctioneer.For many years David was a keen rugby player and still avidly follows the Launceston All Blacks. More recently, he has discovered open water swimming and has completed the River Dart 10k Swim, the Isles of Scilly swim challenge and represented IISA Team GB in Winter Cold Swimming events in Poland, Estonia and Holland. David is a former school governor, chairman and president of both Launceston Round Table and 41 Club.

    Guy Parsons-Residential Sales Valuer
    Guy is a Residential Sales Valuer at the Launceston office. Born in Surrey he moved to Somerset as a child and was educated in Minehead, West Somerset. After a 20-year absence spent working in London and abroad, Guy returned to the West Country with his own family in 2007. He joined the Launceston office in 2010 and in 2015 helped open Stags 20th office in Wadebridge. In 2019 Guy returned to the Launceston office as a Valuer. His role at Launceston is advising clients in the village and country property market, covering a wide area of Cornwall and West Devon.

    Andrew Ranson is part of a dedicated specialist Farm Agency team of rural agents and valuers, providing an outstanding service valuing and marketing farms and land. He has worked as a land agent, auctioneer and rural property consultant for over 20 years. Before moving to Cornwall he was a partner in a large firm in the Midlands, where he headed up non-residential property sales and auctions in two offices. A highly successful auctioneer, Andrew principally works out of Stags Truro and Launceston offices, but also from Plymouth, Tavistock and Wadebridge offices, advising owners and occupiers on all aspects of rural property related issues across Cornwall and along the Devon borders. Over recent years Andrew has very successfully focused his attentions on selling the farms and land that Stags deal with throughout this area.

    Andrew, who is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has over twenty years of rural estate management and surveying experience having worked throughout the country before settling with his family in Cornwall. As Head of Professional Services in Cornwall, Andrew provides a range of professional services to clients, including valuation, landlord and tenant work and wider estate management advice.Andrew is also a RICS Registered Valuer and a Board member of the RICS South West Regional Board.

    Sally Blowey-Chartered Surveyor
    A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Sally covers the West Devon and Cornwall area working between the Tavistock and Launceston offices. Prior to joining Stags in 2017 Sally studied Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2016. Sally undertakes a wide range of professional work including formal valuations, advising on rural grants and subsidy applications including the Basic Payment Scheme, landlord and tenant matters, rural planning applications and compensation claims.
