    Mark is the Letting Manager for the Totnes, Torquay and Kingsbridge Office's, advising Landlords across Teignbridge, Torbay and the South Hams.Having worked in the industry for over 17 years, Mark spent the first 10 years of his career in London opening and running Letting Offices for a Multinational Estate Agent among others, before returning to Devon 7 years ago.Born and raised in South Devon, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and combined with his letting experience makes him superbly placed to advise both landlords and tenants.When not at work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

    Karen joined Stags in 2013, initially working in the Totnes Lettings team as an Administrator, before being promoted to a Property Manager in 2015. She has had a wide career over 45 years with experience in a varity of industries including estate agency, hospitality and food and retail. Married, with three adult children, all with families of their own, she is very passionate about food and cooking. She considers herself a "complete Francophile" and loves spending time in the garden. When not in the kitchen, Karen enjoys being out and about with family and their rescue dog Polly.
