      Nick Stanford - Managing Director
      Nick started his career in the property industry in 1997 with a local market leading letting agency. Nick was quickly headhunted by a large national Estate Agency chain, where he was positioned within the company as a trouble shooter for failing offices throughout the local area, quickly transforming their fortunes. In 2005, along with Alex, he decided to open Stanford Estate Agents to ensure that whether buying or selling in the local area, all clients received the best service from beginning to end.

      Alex Stanford - Managing Director
      Alex began his career in 2000 with a large National Estate Agency chain. Within 18 months, he was promoted to the position of Branch Manager where he quickly transformed the performance levels of the branch, more than tripling the number of houses sold & becoming the market leader in the process. In 2005, Alex & Nick decided to open Stanford Estate Agents with the vision of changing the perception of Estate Agents in the local area where they grew up. Alex still lives locally and has two children, Abigail & Charlie.
