    Paul has been involved in the property industry for over a decade, gaining experience with other Swindon based agents, before joining Strakers in 2010 and taking the reins of our branch in the heart of Swindon. Paul has been heavily involved within the strategic restructure of our business in Swindon and heads up an experienced and highly enthusiastic team who are going from strength to strength. His commitment to the task of building Strakers profile within the town is first class, and paul is determined that he and his team provide the very highest levels of customer service.

    Lindy Redford
    Lindy is based in the Swindon office after joining Strakers in 2011. Lindy's role encompasses residential sales and valuations and she is also the appointed New Home Representative within the office, which involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and coordinating all the New Homes activity on sites throughout Swindon. Prior to joining Strakers Lindy assisted in setting up an independent estate agency in a very tough market, this has given her the experience to deal expertly with the day to day challenges that we face.

    Richard Whatton
    Richard has worked in Strakers Swindon office since 2005 and now has experience spanning over a decade within the town as both a Senior Negotiator and Valuer. His knowledge of the property market in and around Swindon is second to none and he prides himself in his ability to deliver expert valuation advice based on his years in the business. He is passionate about delivering exceptional service when dealing with the vendors and buyers alike which has resulted in repeat custom and personal recommendations over the years.

    Gillian Houston
    Gillian moved to Swindon in the mid 80's, settling into the area quickly and making it her home her children have attended local schools and she has bought and sold a number of properties which Gillian believes gives her the perfect insight into the market and the process involved. Gillian oozes enthusiasm and genuinely enjoys finding the right property for an applicant and seeing it through to handing over the keys to them. "I really enjoy what I do; I think I have a great eye for seeing potential in a property, something which is really useful for many of the properties that we sell through our auction department which often need a little attention!" says Gillian "and it's really satisfying to see people bidding on the night" Gillian's experience with Strakers spans more than 8 years and she is very proud to say "I am confident in the service we offer, I believe we are big enough to be very professional, but small enough to maintain a personal service!"

    Jane Cole
    Jane is based in Swindon and her role combines front of office being a friendly point of contact for all enquiries either by phone or in person. Prior to joining Strakers she worked for 20 years in local media in a design and sales role, which was mainly property based, giving her background knowledge and understanding of the industry which is experience she carries into her administration and advertising role today. She has also lived in the town and surrounding villages all her life and has children in local schools giving her a sound local knowledge of the area.

    David Porter
    David joined the company in January 2013. He is the friendly face who greets you when visit the office and the voice that responds to your phone calls. He came from a varied background consisting of water sports, retail and building. Born and raised in Swindon he has gained a vast knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. There is no job that's too big or too small - he's always ready to help to the best of his abilities.

    Joanna Deacon
    Joanna is both ARLA and NFOPP Technical Award qualified. A very experienced Lettings consultant, Jo has been hugely successful in Strakers fast growing Lettings business in Swindon. Jo's abounding enthusiasm, coupled with her wealth of knowledge has produced results Strakers are extremely proud to boast and her delightful manner makes her a pleasure for Landlords and Tenants to work with.

    Hannah joined Strakers in Swindon in January 2013 with a brief to assist Joanna with the extremely busy Lettings side to the office in Swindon. She is a very friendly point of contact both on the phone and in person and is extremely focussed on the job at hand supporting Joanna to grow the business as well as developing her career within the industry.

    Stuart Collar-Brown Auction Manager Swindon
    Stuart is a particular specialist in the residential and commercial investment market having sold properties through auction across the UK & Ireland. He is a training to become a member of the National Association of Auctioneers & Valuers before embarking on becoming the man with the gavel. Having trained as an Estate Agent 10 years ago before "switching codes" to auctions in 2006, Stuart has a wide range of specialist expertise across all aspects of the property market having worked in Bath, Wiltshire and more recently, Central London and works closely with the other departments in Strakers. Stuart joined Strakers for a second term in 2012 and he enjoys travel and fine dining with his wife Victoria, who is also in property.
