The whole process of me selling my property and buying another property with my partner took only 2 and a half months from start to finish. I was astounded by the efficiency of David, Tom and the reception staff throughout the whole process. Buying and selling a property is both stressful and complicated, however Stratfords made the whole process so much easier. I was delighted with the service Stratfords provided when I signed up with them. Everything they told me made sense; they were straight talking, always positive and kept me up-to-date with the progress of the sale. If I had any queries or issues, someone was always on hand to answer them, nothing was too much trouble. I originally had my house on the market with another estate agent and, although I had lots of viewings through them, it was Stratfords who actually sold my house, much to my delight. You can't argue with the difference paying £299 instead of £4,000 makes to your pocket! I signed up for the extended package which meant that Stratfords liaised with the other parties involved and, when we encountered a problem, Tom actually drove to the buyer to collect some paperwork and then delivered it to her solicitor himself!
